Sporting Index Launches Casino Content on Mobile
Sporting Index has announced the launch of their casino content on mobile. Following a successful launch of casino products for desktop earlier this year, the London-based spread betting operator has gone live with games for mobile smartphone and tablet devices, coinciding with the increased traffic as the Euro 2016 nears its final stages.
Sporting Index launched its live casino and live odds product in March with games from Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming and IGT. At the time, Sporting Index guaranteed it would continue to expand its offerings. Only a few days later, Sporting Index announced it has integrated EveryMatrix’s casino aggregator, CasinoEngine.
Players will now be able to access fifty of their favourite casino titles via their mobile. These games will include table, jackpot and pokies options. The initial launch will include mobile content from leading software providers, Microgaming and NetEnt with Sporting Index promising the mobile range will be expanded over the coming months.
This is the first time the company has launched non-spread betting products for mobile since it was launched 24 years ago. The mobile content is easily accessible through integrated tabs via a dedicated Sporting Index app.
“The launch of our desktop casino products has seen a good response and we can’t wait to give our mobile and tablet users the same maximum excitement,” commented Paul Turner, head of Sporting Index.
“The European Championships have brought a huge increase in traffic to Sporting Index and we believe our casino products are the perfect complement to sit alongside our best-in-class spread betting offering.”
Mr Turner was appointed to the newly created role of Head of the company in June, after having previously held the position of Marketing Director.
