BetConstruct Awarded Combined Remote Operating License in the UK
Developer and provider of online and land-based casino solutions, BetConstruct, has been awarded a combined remote operator license by the gambling regulator for the UK market, the UK Gambling Commission. The license will allow the company to expand its services within the UK gambling market.
“The Combined Remote Operating License by the UK Gambling Commission widens the path for BetConstruct to one of the most important gaming and betting markets – the UK,” stated Vahe Baloulian, chief executive of BetConstruct.
“Although this market is mature and somewhat saturated, we believe what BetConstruct has to offer is quite unique and can be the differentiator the operators are looking for.”
“Being headquartered in the UK, we have studied this market for a long time now. We look forward to challenging the status quo there with the new technologies and services we have developed in recent years,” Baloulian added.
Besides for the UK gaming license, BetConstruct also holds licenses in a number of other jurisdictions, including a Category 2 license from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and a Class 2 and Class 4 license from the Malta Gaming Authority.
In April, the company was granted a Gambling Software Operating License for its sportsbook by the UK regulator. The company applied for the license after changes in the local regulations required all software companies supplying content to the UK market to hold licenses from the UK Gambling Commission.
BetConstruct has been expanding with the signing of new partnership deals and just last week they signed an agreement with sports betting operator Fonbet. Through the deal, the provider will supply its Live Scouting Data Service and live data will be provided by Megafeed, a partner of BetConstruct.
