888 to Rebrand their Dragonfish Offering
UK-based online gambling operator, 888 Holdings, has announced they will be rebranding their Dragonfish B2B casino offering under their CasinoFlex moniker.
The Dragonfish brand will remain for their B2B poker product, as well as their bingo offering. The CasinoFlex solution will specifically target small casino operators in the market. 888 is not planning to use CasinoFlex to compete with the major online casino suppliers such as Microgaming and Playtech. According to Yaniv Sherman, 888 Senior VIP and head of business development, the offering is ideal for small operators as it is able to “scale up as they grow”.
The CasinoFlex solution provides a number of advantages to operators. It offers a fully managed solution including payments, CRM and marketing. There are more than 300 game titles available for online play, with more than 100 available for mobile. Operators will be able to customize their games suites from these choices. The solution can work as a tab or as a standalone branded site, depending on the operator’s needs.
CasinoFlex is already operating a number of new and successful casino brands, including Foxy Casino and Wicked Jackpots. Dragonfish was successful in 2015 signing additional casino options to existing bingo platform licensees, plus launching a number of standalone casinos.
888 currently focuses on the UK market for their B2B operations; however, according to Sherman, the company is close to signing “key contracts” in a number of other jurisdictions. Around a year ago, William Hill looked set to acquire 888; however the negotiations hit a wall and the two companies failed to secure a deal. Since then, 888 has been expanding and the products offered by CasinoFlex aim to improve their offering for their clients.
